Meet Our Talented Team

Kim Nieves
“I truly believe physical well being is connected to every other positive experience in our lives. Energy to uplift others, strength for our loved ones to lean on, discipline to be consistent for ourselves and reliable for others, and endurance to stick it out through tough times (or those last few reps).”

Kim Nieves, owner of Haddonfield Fitness, joined the team in 2018 as an instructor and joined the leadership team in 2023. Kim teaches RIDE, R2: Recover & Restore, BARRE and ARMS & ABS. She is also a Personal Trainer specializing in strength and kettlebell training. Her classes all abide by one rule: if you’re having fun, you can accomplish way more than you thought you could.
Kim works full time in state government during the week as the director of a Research & Statistics department, and sees her time at the studio as her life balance. She quiets her mind with good books, yard work and concerts, and spending time with her husband Dave, and grown boys Luis and Chris.
Lainey Gallagher
“I have a passion for health and wellness, and absolutely love my job. I’ve been working in the fitness industry for over 25 years; seeing my clients become stronger and dedicated to a fitness lifestyle is so rewarding.”
Lainey Gallagher, Director of Fitness at Haddonfield Fitness, is the studio OG. She founded the studio in 2013, grew it into a premier boutique, and renovated it in 2021. In addition to overseeing the fitness team and group ex schedule, Lainey teaches BODYPUMP, RIDE, BANDS & BUTTS, and R2: Restore & Recover, and is a Personal Trainer.
Her classes are impeccably delivered with the polish of experience and passion. Strength training has Lainey’s heart. Anything that works the shoulders and back makes her happy - and anyone who trains with Lainey knows that to be true!
When Lainey’s not working at the studio, you’ll find her playing tennis, walking, napping, or at the beach. She’s blessed with three beautiful children who fill her heart!

Brandon Gorshin
“I have been an athlete for most of my life and genuinely enjoy being physical and working out.”

Brandon understands from his own background as an elite swimmer and water polo player, how to customize personal training sessions to bring out everyone’s inner athlete. His training sessions are customized to client needs, and evolve with the client’s growth.
In addition to personal training, Brandon works as a swim instructor for kids, owns a car detailing business, and loves to spend his free time working on cars.
Brooke Beatty
“Who knew you could have so much fun in a 45 minute workout class?”
Brooke knew it! And she delivers just that in class. Brooke is a lifelong athlete-turned-instructor, and you're guaranteed a fun, challenging, workout — with epic music — when moving with Brooke.
Outside of the studio, Brooke teaches special education students, soaking in all the Philly sports (Go Birds!), and spends time at the beach, listens to country music, and hangs out with her family and friends.

Emily Melone
"Every time you clip in, it’s a chance to challenge yourself, reset, and feel stronger than when you walked in."

Emily believes every ride is your own ride. Her goal is to create a class where you can challenge yourself, let go of the day, and walk out feeling lighter than when you walked in. With a background as a competitive gymnast and now an acute care speech-language pathologist, movement has always been a part of her story. She’s been teaching for a year and a half and riding for five, blending her passion for fitness with a supportive, uplifting coaching style.
When she’s not on the bike, Emily loves time with family (especially her nieces and nephews!). Her playlists are all about variety - a mix of genres with powerful remixes and beats designed to fuel those big climbs.
Jen Wesson
“I aim to create a safe space for you to test the bounds of your limits, take risks, and get uncomfortable. I think connecting the mind to the moves is crucial - do it with purpose and control.”
It’s been 10 years and counting since Jen Wesson joined Haddonfield Fitness! Jen teaches RIDE and BODYPUMP- she knows how valuable your time is and will push to get the most out of you. Her teaching style connects you to your most powerful - whether a heavy climb to a rock classic on the bike, or a loaded bar for a deep squat - she finds it in you.

When Jen isn’t at the studio she’s connecting with her community. After leaving a government job, she shifted to working in sport plus coaching baseball, PTA, scouts - anywhere she can help kids thrive. Jen’s favorite time is spent with her husband Jim and son James, whether having a catch, visiting a new ballpark, or dancing in the kitchen.

Jenn Douglas
"My classes are full body, low impact workouts. I use a variety of equipment each class and always play fun music.”

Jenn Douglas joined the team in 2021. Jenn teaches Ball Bootcamp and Sculpt & Tone. Her Ball Bootcamp is creative & challenging; Sculpt & Tone is a quiet storm- deliberate, repetitive movements that sneak up on you, bringing your strongest self to the surface. Also a certified yoga instructor, Jenn’s expert knowledge of movement and flexibility inform the design of her GroupEx classes with welcome moments of flexion.

Outside of her time at the studio, Jenn is the Director of the Haddonfield Methodist PreSchool and spends time with her husband, John, and children JD, Keegan, Caroline and Michael.
Jennie Santiago
“What I’ve been told is, my class is like getting shot out of a cannon. LOL! What better way to start the week?! We do not stop moving and there is a little something new every class. Sometimes we jump, sometimes we pick up heavy things, sometimes we do both. We always have a sweaty, good time! And sometimes we even sing along (or at least I do)!”

Jennie Santiago officially joined Haddonfield Fitness in 2023. Her HIIT Strength class is recognized as the perfect start to the week and that “never miss a Monday” moment. Her talent as an actress and songstress in local theaters infuse her classes with an exciting performance quality.

Jennie wears many hats: moving with us at the studio and teaching around South Jersey, singing and acting in local theaters, working 9-5 (cue Dolly Parton) and mommy-ing to her 4-year old son, Lex. Yes, she is incredibly busy, but when you encounter her energy you understand that she couldn’t have it any other way.

Julia Wilson
“I love to push people to beat their own expectations! I say in every class, 'Your best looks different every day … all I ask is right now you give yourself whatever today’s best is.' There’s something for everyone and we always have a great time growing together - whether emotionally, physically, or anywhere in-between!”
Julia Wilson started with Haddonfield Fitness in 2021 as a loyal athlete who we just had to try the instructor bike; she officially joined our team in 2023.

In addition to RIDE, Julia teaches TRX and is a Personal Trainer. Julia is pursuing her Master’s Degree in Social Work, which might account for her ability to motivate, encourage and inspire her clients and class participants so beautifully.
She is the QUEEN of jump combos on the bike and of teaching others to master those fun skills in the RIDE studio. When she’s not in class, practicum, or teaching at the studio, she’s cracking open a good book or vegging out with a sitcom.
Julianna Mikitish
“I love a good HIIT class to get the heart racing! Group fitness makes me feel energized and strong!”

A little bit about Julianna: she goes by Jules, and got into group fitness about 5 years ago as a participant. She lived in Philly and used an app that allowed the grand tour of different group fitness formats and classes all over the city.
After moving to Voorhees with her husband, Jules found Les Mills and began her instructor journey (BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, AND BODYSTEP). The minute she said “STEP” we locked the doors and kept her!
Jules grew up doing theater, singing and dancing, which is WAY OBVIOUS in her exciting style of group instruction.
Outside the studio, Jules loves the outdoors, baking and gardening. She also works as a wine server at the William Heritage wine room in Haddonfield.

Julie Wellborn
“My hope is to inspire others and get stronger together!"
Can we talk about Julie? As an HF athlete, Julie has taken close to 2000 classes. We think it’s safe to say her mastery of the technique & form, and her understanding of consistency to health and well-being through exercise could only be enhanced by her recent certification as a Les Mills BodyPump instructor.
Outside of the studio, Julie is a Life Sciences executive who had been leading Commercial strategy and Operations for large pharma and diagnostic companies, but recently started her own consulting firm.
She can also be found at Citizens Bank Park watching a Phillies game with her husband, spending time with her two grown kids, and walking her dog Mavis.
Katie Suarez
“The best feeling is seeing how happy someone can be during their workout. Even better is seeing their pride when they accomplish something or reach a milestone during class.”

Katie began her instructor journey as a star pupil in the HF Ride studio-she fell in love with how fun and exciting spin classes could be, attending them almost every day!
Amazing classes begin with a love of the craft, and Katie is fully present in her rides both on and off the podium. She knows exactly what makes a class fun and challenging, and encourages participants to push themselves even just a quarter turn more.
Outside of the studio walls, Katie is a history teacher, and enjoys running, swimming, and reading a good book while cuddling with her cats.

Maddy Meloche
“My classes focus on controlled movements that bring the intensity with a focus on positioning and strengthening.”
Let’s meet Maddy! Maddy’s full time job is at Delran High School serving as their Athletic Trainer. Feels like a no brainer bridge to teaching studio classes, right? Right! Maddy was introduced to HF by her bff, Julia Wilson, last Spring and has been hooked since.
Outside of work and studio time, Maddy loves to spend time with her family on the beaches in Delaware and catch up with friends.
Her favorite part of fitness is how it brings people together! Each person shows up day in and day out for different reasons, but we’re all there together, working as hard as we can at that given moment.
Michelle Patrone
“We’re all ultimately in pursuit of happiness so when you make exercise a part of your routine, you’re creating a foundation for a beautiful life.”
Michelle joined the team in 2024, establishing the early morning 5:30 am Total Body Blast crew. She has been a personal trainer and fitness instructor for the last eleven years. She’s passionate about helping others to feel and look their best so they can tackle whatever life throws at them with confidence.
And she’ll throw a few things your way in her early morning small group, that’s for sure!

Rachel Lorden
“Take what you need, leave what you don’t. I’m really happy you’re here with us and it doesn’t matter where you start or how much you know about fitness and form. We got you!"
Rachel joined the Haddonfield Fitness team in 2021. Rachel knew she wanted to join a studio focused on overall health and community when moving back home after years in Boston.
Rachel teaches CIRCUITS, RIDE, and BODYPUMP as well as working with clients one-on-one in the Personal Training room.
When Rachel’s not at the studio, you can catch her hanging out with the zoo—err, her house- walking their pup, Duke, or hanging with the cats. Humans make an appearance when she’s working 9-5 for a tech company based in Boston, and spending time with her family, nieces and nephews, or catching up with friends.
You’ll always get music that makes you want to GO with Rachel, and you can expect to push to your fullest potential.
Valerie Duggins
“You will be challenged and you will get strong!”

So now you’ve been told - that’s how training with Valerie works! With the sunniest of smiles and expert delivery, Val has been transforming personal training clients at Haddonfield Fitness since 2019. She focuses on women’s health, navigating changes during menopause, nutrition counseling, and all the inputs to coach you to your healthiest lifestyle.
But Val doesn’t just train women - she coaches an array of clients, personalizing workouts to accomplish training goals that fit your age, fitness level and lifestyle.
When she isn’t training clients, Val enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, and, of course, online shopping,

Victoria Bisgaier
"I like to think of my class as a space where those of us who don’t consider ourselves dancers can discover what it feels like to move like one through exercise."

Victoria brings her contagious energy and creativity to every Barre class she leads. She loves helping people discover new ways of moving, even if they’ve never thought of themselves as dancers. Her fun-loving, encouraging style makes each class feel like a celebration of strength, rhythm, and community.

As one of the newest members of the Haddonfield Fitness team, Victoria is thrilled to share her passion for fitness and music with everyone she meets. Beyond the studio, she’s a proud mom, long-distance runner, Disney enthusiast, avid traveler, and active member of the local community.
