Smiling instructor welcoming riders to a Ride class

Three steps to your first class

  1. Pick your intro offer

$99 for 30 days of unlimited classes: try every class we teach for a month. Or start smaller with 3 classes for $30, used within 30 days.

  2. Book a class

Choose from Ride, strength, barre and small-group classes seven days a week. Not sure where to start? Ride and strength classes are popular first picks, and every class has options to scale up or down.

  3. Arrive 10–15 minutes early

We’ll help you set up your bike, mat or weights. Bring water and comfortable workout clothes. For Ride, sneakers work fine (our Stages bikes also take SPD spin shoes). Mats and weights are provided; grippy socks help in barre.

First classes, in their words

Super welcoming and positive business. Tried the spin class for the first time and it was amazing. The instructor was supportive with her commentary throughout the ride. Playlist was fire.

I really enjoyed this class, which I took for the first time last weekend. It was high energy and challenging. Welcoming environment with supportive and friendly people.

My first time at Haddonfield fitness was amazing. I was welcomed with a welcome sign which was very sweet. The spin class was intense but fun and you can go at your own pace.

First-class questions

This is my first time trying group fitness. Can I jump into any class?

Yes. Every class is built for all levels of fitness and ability. Your instructor will always offer a modification or a way to level up, and will make sure you’re approaching each new move with proper form and stability so you get strong and avoid injury.

When should I arrive for my first class?

Please come 10–15 minutes early. Our instructors want to set you up for success, so they’ll help you set up your mat, weights or bike before class starts.

Do I need spin shoes or sneakers for Ride classes?

Either works. Our Stages bikes have SPD clips for compatible spin shoes and cages for regular sneakers. Bring a water bottle (or buy an HF bottle if you forget yours) and wear comfortable workout clothes.

Do I need to bring my own mat or weights?

No. We have everything you need for studio classes, including mats, weights and any other equipment. If you prefer your own mat, bring it!

Do I need barre socks for mat-based classes?

You don’t need them, but they help. We sell barre socks at the studio, or bring any grippy socks you like.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancelling within 12 hours of class start time carries a $10 fee, and the class comes off your membership. It lets people on the waitlist know they’re in, with time to get there (especially for 5:30 a.m. classes). Read all studio policies.
