Information you give us
When you send our personal training form we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), the times you can train and your goals. We use it only to contact you and set up training. The form is delivered to us by our form service.
Please don’t send medical information through the website. We discuss injuries and health concerns in person at your intake session.
Booking and payments
Class bookings, memberships, gift cards and payments are handled by our booking platform, Momence. When you book or buy, you give your information to Momence under Momence’s privacy policy. We never see or store your full card number.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site (for example which pages are viewed and how people found us). Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your device, browser, approximate location and pages visited. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
We also use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to measure how well our ads work and to show our ads to people who have visited the site. It uses cookies and shares information such as the pages you visit and your browser with Meta. You can control this in your Facebook ad preferences.

Our class schedule is provided by Momence and loads from Momence’s servers, which may receive your IP address and set cookies needed for booking.
How long we keep information
We keep personal training requests for as long as needed to respond and provide training, then delete them unless you become a client.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us through this website by emailing hello@haddonfield-fitness.com. We don’t sell your personal information.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
